    Back squat – 105
    200s – completed 4 rounds under the one minute mark and then it was continuous running for the remaining 6.
    Good mornings at 50# – not bending forward all the way b/c of the ole belly.

    At hotel gym:
    8 rounds
    200 m run (treadmill)
    10 pushups
    10 goblet squats with 20# DB
    10 shoulder press with 40# (2 20# DBs)

    Ran the first 200 in 57 seconds, then rested for a round, then did 100s.

    50 good mornings with a 35# bar

    fastest was 00:39s
