Snatch at 105. Couldn’t quite get 115s.
C&J at 145-155.
Sled pull 3:39 / 3:42 // 7:21 @ 55#
Squat Snatch at 35#
Clean and Jerk at 65#
Sled pulls – 5:50 with 15#s.
Snatch 42#. Kelly says I should increase by at least 5# next time.
C&J #62. Remember to split with left foot forward.
Highly Unpleasant Sled Pulls 35#. I was the last one in. By A LOT. 5 minutes plus ??
