      5 rounds? Yikes.

      In better news: I don’t mind push presses. Push presses are what I do when I’m supposed to be doing push jerks. (I have so much improving to do.)

      1. Haha Terri, I do the same… And apparently “muscle up” the bar rather than “clean” it. Crossfit should come with a disclaimer for blondes, yep that’s my excuse…

  1. This looks terrible. And I have the dumbest injury ever- I strained my thumb doing too many cleans this past week! Agghhhh so irritating. Gotta skip the gym for a day or two.

  2. At Kelly’s suggestion, did 5 x 5 with 50#, keeping chest and elbows UP UP UP.

    Metcon was 22:??

    It wasn’t crowded, so I used two bars: the little green one for squat snatches (what is that, 22#?) and 45# for PP.

    p.s. I ran like an elderly person.
    p.p.s. Kelly says I have guns!

    1. ummmm….i’ve seen you run and you definitely don’t run like an elderly person…you would need to run with a walker or something

  4. 5 x 1 Front Squats at 195#. I should have tried harder.

    19:55 on Ward 4. Why did I think I could try 40 85# squat snatches when I could only do 30 OHS at 75# on Monday? I went down to 75# and found the zone after Emily reminded me to shrug.

    Also like to say way to go to my little sister Emily who made an appearance at cfrx tonight, and completed this WOD!

    I hope I get to come in the evenings more…so good to see everybody;)

  6. Yikes! This was harder than it looked! Made it up on Saturday since it looked like a WOD I should do. 25:03 at 80#.

    Some days, I am a pro at catching a snatch in a squat. Other days, I hit myself in the face with the barbell warming up my snatch.*

    *This was one of those days.
