    20:29 Rx… Harder than it looks, but a good one. Never thought I’d be breathing that hard on lunges. It’s possible. Now I know.

  2. 95-115-135-155-165 and one extra at 175
    17:24 RX metcon, wow shoulders and glutes… Agree harder than it looks. Finished up with some abmat sit-ups to work on lagging core.
