NOTE: For reps & load…you pick weight

  2. 5-Rep PR @ 275# felt great. MetCon, not so much. This one looked easier than it was, for sure.

    5 rds. + 5 @ 35# and blue-band ring dips.

  3. Last two sets of 5 @ 325# 4 sets + 15 reps, happy to be using ring dips during a workout although I still wobble a LOT.
