Reply I’ve been sucking at this lately… 16:00 started the 1st 3 rds at #45 and had to strip my bar down to finish or else I was going to walk away. It felt awful and for the first time since I started crossfit I almost didn’t finish. Thanks AmyL for pushing me and helping me strip my bar!
