    sorry i didn’t get a chance to say bye to everyone before i left, but i just wanted to thank all the wonderful coaches and members of crossfit rx for being so welcoming and awesome. i really enjoyed being part of the box for the past three months and im going to miss it! it was an honor to work out with such bad asses and i cant wait to see the great things that will come out of cfrx!

  2. 8+7 great day for my double unders. Went out too fast on the burpees but this one is a win for me. Thanks to Daniel B. and Darby for extra work on cleans afterward.
