      p.p.s. Except when they lift weights. When Levenses lift weights, they are made of steel.

  2. Awe Amy you’re the BEST!!!! I seriously couldn’t have done this WOD without you cheering me on!! Thanks to Jeff, Elizabeth and Alison for yelling at me too 🙂 And thanks to David for helping me get through the last round of kbs. It was so painful and it took forever. But if you are questioning going at a heavier weight today-do it!! It’s a mental struggle but you won’t regret it. That’s how you get stronger.

  5. Happy awesome February birthday to Amy. Mine is coming up soon but I’m not sure I have enough quality burpees in me.
