  1. 165# back squats, 125# Romanian Deadlifts (strange – not bending knees for lifting – goes against CF instincts).

    115# Romanian DL

    mods on abs: kipping TTB and knees in tuck for the most part between 2 boxes for the L-sit

  3. Good 7AM class. A chill day at Crossfit is actually kind of fun. 175 for BS and 135(?) for Romanian DL. Thanks to Emily for coaching.

  4. Practiced back squat – trouble with depth. Joey suggested high bar so I’ll try to work on that. Didn’t go over 105. Romanian deadlifts at 85.
    55# situps then switched to 35#. Toes toward bar. L- sits were L-chairs pretty much.
