    165# back squats, 125# Romanian Deadlifts (strange – not bending knees for lifting – goes against CF instincts).

    mods on abs: kipping TTB and knees in tuck for the most part between 2 boxes for the L-sit

    Practiced back squat – trouble with depth. Joey suggested high bar so I’ll try to work on that. Didn’t go over 105. Romanian deadlifts at 85.
    55# situps then switched to 35#. Toes toward bar. L- sits were L-chairs pretty much.
