10 Minutes to: Find a 1 Rep Max Overhead Squat

-then-

“Death By Ten Meters”
Run 10 Meters on the First Minute
20 Meters on the Second Minute
30 Meters on the Third Minute
40 Meters on the Fourth Minute…
And so on, until the meters cannot be completed.

NOTE: Add Max Rep Push Ups in between each run for extra credit.

    Death by 10m: 22 rounds + 190

    Overhead squat 115- I got 125 up and squated but on my way up I hit the wall and dropped it;(

    20+ rounds on the run, I messes up the meter count so I’m not sure where I ended up, but I felt like I ran a long time.

    I regret not doing” death by burpee” anyone want to make it up with me?

    OHS 135# – a PR! Previous was 120 in May.
    Run: 19 rounds + 140 meters
    Brian was awesome on the run! He could have gone all day! Amy – good luck with those burpees. There’s no way I’m doing that again anytime soon!!
