How strenuous is the rowing class? This workout looks like fun and I’d like to do it at 6 p.m., but I’m taking the rowing class at 7. I’m still not up to speed after being sick, so I don’t want to overdo it.
Do you think both things are doable for a recently sick and traveling person who has been off for nearly a month?
Please advise,
Your pal,
A giantess not a chupacabra,
Terri
Sorry for the late reply… the class is totally doable… it’s bite sizes pieces of info, i.e. drills, sequences and some rowing to put it all together. So we learn, practice; learn, practice; learn etc. In other words we stop and listen a bit and put it all together throughout the class. Plenty of rests
I love rests. I also love dinner, which I now realize I’ll need to eat before the 7 p.m. rowing class. I’ll make up Sizzurp at the next open gym. You know why? I LOVE ME SOME SIT UPS. Almost as much as rests. And dinner.
P.S. Cassi (rowing guru) has taught us with her whooping cough… well, she had whopping cough… but the after effects were there…you two will be a match made in heaven.
I want one rower in between us please… remember, cough on Kelly…
