      I often forget the true purpose of CrossFit. For some people, it’s a sport. For most of us, though, it’s all about life.

  1. 75# bench press
    Super slow this a.m. 23:58 & just glad I could finish.
    90 singles each round was hard but I still haven’t gotten my DUs working for me- experimenting with rope length.

  2. This one was fun. 105# bench. Don’t remember my time on the WOD. I know I was going at a pretty good clip until the round of 6, where I lost my DUs. Tired DUs seem to be a goat for me.

    p.s. anyone who has not purchased their own personal jump rope needs to consider this important step ASAP…trust me, it’ll make your athletic future much much easier & more enjoyable (especially you tall people)…oh, and we DO sell jump ropes btw
