    only did 50 WB sit ups – my back was hurting..

    @AmyL: My guess as to why no one’s posting: too busy cooking real food! Takes time, but it’s so worth it!

  2. Couldn’t go to the gym today, so home WOD! 7:18. It’s a very-ish number; looking at the time I may have shorted my 400 meters some.

    Then some C&J practice.

  3. Did a light version of Surfer on Acid by myself this evening: 10 burpees per round instead of 21

    100 WB sit ups with a 10# ball in sets of 25, so 6 penalty push ups.
