  1. Here’s the thing….either I miscounted my rounds or Preston did. I counted 8+3 but I know Preston was ahead of me alot( altleast 1 round) and he counted 8+10

    End result: 7+3 or 8+3

    Meaning Preston was 8+10 or 9+10( I think 9+10, he was flying!)

    I am a stickler for accuracy ( except the other night when I couldn’t add up the weight for my snatch) maybe ill just redo the whole WOD! Jk

    last time I did this in May-2012 I got 4rds + 8RX…so almost 2 rounds faster 🙂 but last time I know I was dying from lack of sleep…still felt pretty good about this today.

  4. Skills class at 6:00 then attended the 7:00 class! My hody feels like ive been hit by a freight train but odly it feels great!

    I knocked out about 7 Muscle Ups today! Until today, I didn’t even know what the heck those were! I’m really looking forward to seeing where Crossfit RX takes me!
