  1. I wished out loud for 400’s after todays workout. Judging by my extreme soreness following last weeks 400’s I figure I need to do more of them. So yall can blame me for this.

  2. Thanks for the love, CFRX. My country gym is getting better, but I still need a squat rack, a pullup bar, and I would love to get a rower eventually. Miss you guys, but I’ll see some of you this weekend in West Palm Beach!
