  2. finally got a new no-false-grip MU PR…6 🙂 (last one was waaay ugly, but still no false grip so i’m ok with it)
    p.s. t-rex loves/hates muscle ups

  3. Felt so sore from Monday that I only did the 1RM for Bench.

    Bench – #205 PR! First time above 200.
    Clean – reps at 135#
    OHS – reps at 85#

    103 Double unders unbroken, PR by a lot.
