    Ended up at 235 on the deadlifts and got through 7rds, 5 reps of “Bode” in the 25min doing pike pushups. Pike pushups + wearing glasses = bad idea.

  2. 325 set of six deadlifts, starting rounding so cut off dl for the day. 27:12 RX snatches slow, hspu all unbroken

  3. Needed some deadlifting.
