9:17 RX – worked on form the entire way and never heard Michael yell at me (for form anyway). Surprised myself and got first 15 unbroken. Mostly sets of 5 after that.

I missed this morning but ran 2 miles, then did yesterday’s “homework”: 7 minutes, 80 burpees. That’s 10 more than I got when we did the same thing in the Open.
