    400m run backwards
    15 95# power snatch/overhead squat touch and go.

    Also, I want my backflip but until there is a foam pit I am not sure how to practice it. Maybe at the lake.

    Today was a win/lose 24:00 rx. Felt slow but went overhead on the thrusters with no back issues.

    If anyone wants to run sprints let me know, I am adding these to my own programming.

  3. Got nauseous during last sprint up hill. Kelly made me up weight to 75# Dang it! V UPS (shoulder still healing). Calves are jacked up. Still recovering from Trail race +Saturday WOD.Time 8:20.
