    Back Squat: 275# (20lb. PR)
    Press: 130# (10lb. PR)
    Dead Lift: 315# (15lb. PR)

    Struggled with the squat but felt good on the other two lifts, with a couple PRs. Deadlift felt awesome!

  4. Went to Michael’s skills class this evening. Here’s what I learned:

    1. I’ve been doing the hang wrong for a very long time.
    2. Grace is fun with 35#.
    3. Michael looks good in shoes!
