Struggled with the squat but felt good on the other two lifts, with a couple PRs. Deadlift felt awesome! Back Squat: 225 Press: 112 Deadlift: 265 Reply Went to Michael’s skills class this evening. Here’s what I learned: 1. I’ve been doing the hang wrong for a very long time. 2. Grace is fun with 35#. 3.
