  1. despite being stuck indoors, skills class was super fun…great seeing everyone get stronger upside down and now wishing we had covered the entire penthouse floor with gymnastic mats

    bench instead of shoulder press up to 185 & mamba @ 13:47 w/ 32″ jumps and chest-to-hangboard pu’s
