NOTE: Reverse lunges take the weight from the ground, no racks. Back knee kisses the ground. For Leg Lifts, lie on your back with legs extended, 1″ off the ground. Lift your legs to perpendicular.

    AMRAP 3 rounds plus 2 reps.
    Hard but really liked this one and Preston kept me going!

  2. Snatch practice with empty 15# bar

    20lb for lunge, subbed 3x singles for DU
    1 full round plus 8/16/24 and 67 singles

    Sit ups with 6# wb

  3. 75# snatches
    1 round + 24 reps at 75#. I had a hard time with the backward lunges so had to scale the weight down. Double-unders were not happening today.

  4. 70# snatches – felt very good

    2 rounds +33 started lunges at 90# with dumbbells but it was too hard. dropped to 70# using kettlebells.
