20lb for lunge, subbed 3x singles for DU
1 full round plus 8/16/24 and 67 singles
Sit ups with 6# wb

1 round + 24. double unders escaped me today.
Knee tucks on bar instead of Situps.

75# snatches
1 round + 24 reps at 75#. I had a hard time with the backward lunges so had to scale the weight down. Double-unders were not happening today.
70# snatches – felt very good
2 rounds +33 started lunges at 90# with dumbbells but it was too hard. dropped to 70# using kettlebells.
