    This was difficult. 95lb cleans and and Rx ring dips for the first 45 or so/little blue band for last 15 or so. Totally was having trouble locking out. 16:xx

    I think it was 10:05. RX weight – red band for ring dips. Will need to try starting with lighter band in future.

    Yep, ‘the hive’ was challenging! Cleans were 55# and dips with blue and red bands. It might not have been apparent, but I was trying to keep good form! Thanks for all the coaching, Emily. 18:43
