LogsItAll.com

It is required for clients of CFRX to maintain a workout journal. This is one of the ways we measure progress! How are you going to know where you’re going if you don’t know where you’ve been?

There are many ways to do this; one is to carry a small notebook, another is for us to keep a binder available at our gym where each client has a page to record their work. A nice extra is LogsItAll, which was created by Bill Patton, the man in charge of all the rowing logbooks and rankings at Concept II. You can log your work for the day, you could even enter benchmark workouts only, you can make your stats public or private, and you can see how you rank compared to others by sex, age, if the workout is scaled, etc. It’s cool to play around with, and I would recommend it to every practicing CrossFitter.
