“Evil Wheel” demos…since we don’t have the real wheel, grab a barbell & discover your abs in a whole new way ;-)

In teams of 2, AMRAP 20:
7 Kettlebell Swings (70#/55#)
7 Burpees
7 Wall Balls
 
NOTE: Alternate athletes each round.

NOTE: For total reps; rest as needed between efforts.

    Loved working out with the nooners today and seeing several of my favorite people.

    Partnered with Dave F for 15 rounds + 14 reps. We were pleased. 55# KBS and 14#WB.
