  1. 5:44 RX first time, note to self…. Do not wear boogie shorts when doing 75 snatches!!!!

    12:43 or 38 for row burpees…..it’s hard to take 3 minutes rest

  2. 4:00 was energized. Not my usual class, but it sure worked (especially
    since Mary and Liz and Lafayette were there -)

    12:59 on burgee/row
