    I had fun today. Back squat 165 x 3
    10 Thrusters Rx
    3 rounds + 14 Rx. True story, I stopped when the clock hit 6 minutes until Emily told me we weren’t done yet. I’d like to think I would have completed 4 rounds, but I suffer from CI-FAM. What’s CI-FAM, you ask? Crossfit Induced Failure at Math.

    I stopped when the clock hit 6! And, I got the same numbers as you, 3 rounds + 14 RX.

    I got a new PR on 3 rep back squat, 255lb.!

    Thruster – 22
    other AMRAP – 3 + 15 RX

    worked on getting low – Kelly only yelled at me once. Should have gotten 4 rds, but rested too much cleans and could not string DUs

  4. 10 thrusters @ 35#

    3 rounds of 5 strict PU with green band (in prep for Clean Eating Challenge final PU test), 10 PC @ 65#, 15 DU, off the clock.

    Then 50 sit ups and 30 bar push ups.

    Not feeling strong.
