  2. Small class of 4 at 0600 today …
    -practiced snatch balance with 45# bar
    – Mule: 8+2 with other Brian (me 95/other Brian 135)
    – TTB = 38

  3. 105# snatch balance

    Finished the Mule at 8 complete rounds plus 7 with Krista. I was at 95# and I think she was close to that.

    Got about 5/8 of the way up to my first real live toes 2 bar. Did 28 knee ups to finish the time.

  4. Did a short metcon instead of the snatch balance:

    20 sdhp with 35# kb
    20 step ups 20″ box
    20 push press 45#
    500m row
    11:30

    Then did Mule with Brittney, who was a great partner. We got 8rds + 12 reps RX. Skipped the TTB
