50 Weighted abmat situps, for load & time.
NOTE: Weight must be held BEHIND head

  1. This was a doozy! Fun though! Worked up to 85 on the complex and used a 10 dumbbell for the sit-ups. Not sure of time though. Kill today y’all!

  2. Somehow I had not done this complex before. Squats and cleans are two of my favorite things so this was fun. 75-85-95-105-115-125#.
