  1. Unsure how many rounds. RX weight and a few rope climbs and then pullups. Not much footwork going on there. ROPE=GOAT

    1. We had at least 6 rds but likely 7 and started on 8??? Anyway Quinn was stuck with me and I’m sure I slowed that man down 🙂 Great work and a great partner! My weight 95#, rope climbs until I lost too much skin, then pullups (my GOAT!)
