Front squat at 125. 7:21 or something on the metcon with 105 pounds. Maybe should have gone 5 or 10 pounds heavier.
145 FS 3×3 (1RM is 180# at last count)
Metcon in 7:11 @ 125#. Prob could have done 135# but enjoyed the pace at this weight.
