    Cashout: 3 x 30 second max effort on airdyne bike (rest 30s between sets)

    1rd + 4 snatches @ 75# then I had to drop weight to 70# for the rest after a few failed attempts

    Cashout: 3 x 30 second max effort on airdyne bike (rest 30s between sets)–my quads were jello

    Yesterday – Steady jog on the hills in the nature preserve trails behind my cottage. Chased it with a swim in the lake. Good living. See you all in Aug.
