  1. 18:00 with RX weight but from the rack, still no cleans for Dan for the next…..week or so.

    thanks David for putting on more weight! Great way to start off my weekend.

  2. Balky back so I worked around it. Annie (goat for me) in 9:07, not my fastest. 50 pushups, followed by some mobility work, high knees and butt kicks then 10 all out 40 yard sprints (rest as needed) . 50 pushups and then 4 rounds for time 25 pushups, 25 hollow rocks.

  3. 20:55 at 125# with a small beige band for pull-up help. That’s 10# heavier, a band smaller, and 10 seconds faster than 130408…I’ll take it.
