    It’s a PR, but the real PR will be if I don’t wake up in the middle of the night feeling like my arms are on fire like the last time I did this one…

  2. 28:27, Shaved off a little over 3 minutes since the last time we did this one. Wasted a good 30 seconds bandaging up huge blisters that decided to rip when I had 20 pull ups to go. Well worth it! Battle scars.

    Ian improved 4 minutes as well. Woo hoo!

  3. 13:30 for half Angie with banded pull ups and knee push ups. It didn’t suck and was just the right amount of work for me.

    p.p.s. And sit ups.

    Haven’t attempted Angie since 2010. Took me 45 minutes and I only did 80 pull ups because my hands ripped. In 2009, the full Angie took me 48 minutes.

  4. Huge PR for me today. 17:44. That’s more than 4 min off my 2012 Nov time and 3:31 off my earlier PR from March. Great day at the gym.

    26:36. Jumping pull ups – cause they’re fun and I’ve been sick.

  6. 28:21 – this is more than 4 minutes off my Nov 2012 time. And I’m not even functioning at 100% as I’ve been sick with the flu for the past week. It felt good to be back!
