Wasted a good 30 seconds bandaging up huge blisters that decided to rip when I had 20 pull ups to go. Well worth it! Battle scars. Ian improved 4 minutes as well. Woo hoo! Haven’t attempted Angie since 2010. Took me 45 minutes and I only did 80 pull ups because my hands ripped. In 2009, the full Angie took me 48 minutes. Reply Huge PR for me today. 17:44.
