  1. Great crowd at 7am this morning. The secret must be out that 7am is the time to get the WOD done!

    4.10 on the AMRAP8 and 8:35 with 195# DL – will go heavier next time.

  2. Thanks for commenting Ryan G. The group has been very quiet today- I was a little concerned that maybe there was no one left standing after the morning WOD, and maybe I should re-think going tonight 🙂
