I am not sure why; probably because I did not want to go back to the wall balls that soon. And it happened… my first double under! In fact, I did multiple series of two double unders in a row. Now I know it’s possible. Thanks to all the CrossfitRx’ trainers. That was good reason not to skip this wod. Reply Way to go!!!! 🙂 Reply Awesome job!
