Great work Skillz Class! Tonight one of our athletes got second on the board & a PR on 1 RM Snatch @ 220# and two other athletes were moving like snatch-ninjas by the end of class. Well done gang! (you know who you are)
Couldn’t get to gym at all today do I did this one at home. 135/125/105 in 8:32 or so.
Instead of the row tabata I did a SDHP tabata with just the bar. It got kinda rough after the first half. Nice combination of WODs for sure.
