  1. 285# + 135# + 305# = 725#

    PRs all around and a 70# increase from December when I last tried. My day can only go downhill from here.

    Back squat: 175# (5# PR)
    PP: 72#
    Deadlift: 245# (5# PR)

    Super happy with PRs today!
    And loved Sues morning playlist-playlist Thursday:)

    Sue, Jessie and I did a 1 mile run + 100 sit-ups + Jessie’s (50 burpees) after the total–was an awesome way to start the day. Loving our extra WODs.

  3. First time doing CF Total:

    B Squat: 275#
    Press: 125#
    Deadlift: 315#

    Looks like my lower body is finally starting to catch up!

  4. Sorry “Jessica” and “Sarah P” – there’s a new sheriff in town. Back squat 205#, push press 95#, dead lift 335# = 635 score. All PRs and made the white board!!!! (I don’t mind sharing second place, for now…)
