  1. I don’t know what it was about today, but I felt great. PR’s for all the squats… but still only abmat sit-ups.

  2. It WAS a great day at the gym!

    OHS: 60# | FS: 75# | Those were both from the floor, so they were cleans as well.

    BS: 105# | The bad news: I thought that was a PR, but my PR turns out to be 108. The good news: I finished solidly and easily and could have gone heavier, so I’m sure I would have PRed anyway!

    First three sets toes toward bar; last two sets abmat.
