  1. 10:39 with 35# bar. I think I can go up to 40# next time. This one felt great! Nasty little combination, my traps were shot by the end!

  2. GRRRReat Mobility Cert today! If you haven’t touched a lacrosse ball or foam roller in 24 hours, it has been TOO LONG. Never thought a squat could have so many movement errors…until I did one in front of KStarr. And don’t even ask me about the “smash-n-floss” 😉 & thanks to Elizabeth H. for being my partner in crime todas as we took one step more towards becoming “Supple Leopards”
