    85# x 5 back squats

    45# squat cleans, resting a lot, trying to improve form
    ring dips with red band

        85# BS. Need to work on keeping chest up. Elizabeth sucked. 14 minutes with 50# and box dips. Tweaked my back in second round, so switched to HPC for third.

        Need to work on landing with feet not so wide. Keep elbows up on the ascent. Also need to work on not being such a major weenie. (Considering this is my fifth year of CF, success is unlikely.)
