Where should I start?
Everyone is welcome to try a free intro session; just give us a call or shoot us an email to let us know when you would like to come and try us out. You will receive a brief introduction and the opportunity to be exposed to some basic CrossFit exercises.

OK, I’m ready to start. What now?
Great! We’re excited to have you on board! Once you choose an appropriate membership option, you can join our regular sessions, where you will continue to be supervised and coached as your familiarity with the program and your fitness level increases. Each workout can and will be scaled for an individual’s abilities.
