Where should I start?
Everyone is welcome to come by for our free Open House classes offered at 9am on Saturdays. You will receive a brief introduction and the opportunity to be exposed to some basic CrossFit exercises.
What if I just want to try it out?
Again, we strongly encourage potential clients to experience CrossFit during one of the Open House classes. It is a good time to see others at work and to get a feel for the environment of a CrossFit facility.
OK, I’m ready to start. What now?
Great! We’re excited to have you on board! Now it’s time to take our CrossFit Foundations Series. You will learn about the how’s and why’s of the CrossFit method in addition to being taught a range of movements and progressions. Once you have completed the series, you can participate in our group workouts, where you will continue to be supervised and coached as your familiarity with the program and your fitness level increases. You can still join and start working out with us while you are attending the Series; we will slowly add the exercise progressions into your workouts as you learn them in the modules.
