Our schedule, for the most part, is determined by our clients. The times listed here are what our current clients have asked for, but that does not mean they are the only times we are available. This is your gym too, so if you want a particular time, ask for it! If you need us, we can most likely be there for you – all you need to do is call or talk to us in person. Our schedule can and will grow and/or adjust accordingly!
SESSION TIMES
Please try to arrive on the hour to allow adequate time to warm up. Workouts will begin 15 minutes after the hour.
Monday: 6am, 7am, 8am + 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 8am + NOON + 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 8am + 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 8am + NOON + 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Friday: 6am, 7am, 8am + 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday: 9am (Open House), 10am, 11am
Sunday: 10am, 11am
