  1. Hello, three blog readers!

    Yesterday I worked up to a 115# back squat with no problem. Today I did a single 35# SDHP, and my back went out.

    Poop.

    It was fun to see our elite athletes doing their elite athlete thing today. Lots of muscles and sweat but absolutely no tears.
