    “Tawny (Angie’s Naughty Soccer Mom)”

    One partner runs the length of the soccer field while the other partner works. Sprint down the field and return running backwards, crossovers, etc. Switch when the running partner returns, alternating until all movements are complete.

    100 Pushups
    100 Situps
    100 Squats
    50 Burpees

    -then-

    Run through the streets of Candler Park for 2 miles ending up back at the gym.

    This was legit!
