    2:29 (with new PR of 30 unbroken)–first 50 in less than a minute then slowed down

    100 DUs in more than 10– not sure of time but at least at the beginning I had 7-8(?) in a row – a record for me. Downhill from there. :)

    Did this during open gym @ 7 with Ruth and Kristin.

    Worked on back squat form with #75
    Then 3 rounds + row + 5 sit ups
    Then 100 double unders, not for time.

    245# BS – 20# PR

    3:34 for the DUs. Got more consecutive DUs than I have in over 1.5 years at xfit. Psyched ab that!
