30 Abmat Sit ups

NOTE: Sub a 300 m Bike for each row is also RX.

100 Double Unders for time.

    Metcon: 3 rds + 300m + 24 su
    100 DUs in more than 10– not sure of time but at least at the beginning I had 7-8(?) in a row – a record for me. Downhill from there. 🙂

  2. Did this during open gym @ 7 with Ruth and Kristin.

    Worked on back squat form with #75
    Then 3 rounds + row + 5 sit ups
    Then 100 double unders, not for time.

  3. 4 rds on the AMRAP

    245# BS – 20# PR

    3:34 for the DUs. Got more consecutive DUs than I have in over 1.5 years at xfit. Psyched ab that!
