Monday, October 8, 2012 CFRX Clean Eating Challenge. Wow…just Wow! Nuff said. 121008: Clean and Jerk 9 x 1 at 75%, OTM -then- “Roadie” 5 Rounds for Time: 50 Meter Sled Pull 15 Weighted Sit Ups (70#/50#) NOTE: Rest 2 minutes between efforts.
Clean and Jerk at 105. All squat cleans with split jerk.
19:50 on the sled/sit up WOD. Used 45 for the sled and 40 for the situps.
Power clean and jerk at 60#.
20:16 with Rx sled weight and 30# sit ups.
Squat clean and jerk at 95#
We had too many folks to do the WOD for time, so we just did it for weight. 70# both on the sled and sit-ups.
