  1. Lots of new faces (for me) at the gym today. Hope to see more of everyone soon since I’m planning on upping my attendance factor! Enjoyed cleaning & jerking today. Got up to 75#. I cleaned 80 but failed on the jerk. Then in the wod, I used 55# and got through the round of 9 reps plus 5 more c&Js. Toes were toward bar. I’ll get ’em back to it before long.

  3. The jerk continues to elude me, still looking like a push press. I am just going to have to spend some more time on that. 67 total reps or through round of 12 and 7 more reps.
