On the plus side, at least I did it at 55# KB…I meant to use 45# and wondered why it was so tough. Pat must have meant 28:47 – beat me by at least 2 seconds. Reply 31:30 1st set of squats with 45# realized error (thx Kelly!) & switched to 35# Reply This was really hard for me RX since the kb is half my weight but I stuck with it and it took forever.
