    1. Hi Sue, if you are considering innov8 shoes, check out Highland Runners in Va High/Morningside. They have the largest innov8 selection in the city. Also, the New Balance store in B’head is a great option too (that is if you want NB shoes). I shy away from all those “let’s get you on a treadmill and see how you run” stores. The only thing that treadmill test guarantees is that they will “fit” you with a gigantic shoe that is more shoe than you need and does not translate to CrossFit.

  1. Nancy 19:00 at 65# and probably should have gone a little heavier. For whatever reason the concept of “active shoulders” really clicked for me today.

  2. 17:48 75# I am going to be sore. Amazed at how different this movement feels from a front squat or back squat. Can add this to GOAT list. Did spontaneously get first ring muscle up today after many mental reps and youtube tutorials though!
